Manaslu Area
Manaslu has been decalred as conservation area in 1998 by the government of Nepal. It covers an area of 1663 sq KM.The area harbors a mosaic of habitats that inhabits several species of animals and birds. You may spot some very rare floras and faunas during the trekking trial passes. Manaslu area trek is one of the strenuous treks in the Himalyan region. You will be passing through Manaslu conservation area. Being a restricted area you will need a permit to access the route of this region trek. Manaslu conservation area is in the mansiri Himalayan range of the Himalayas in Gorkha district. The area comprises mountains, glaciers and water courses. In elevation the area ranges from 1400 to 8156m at the peak of Manaslu.

Manaslu trek offers you the grand view of mountains like Mount Manaslu (8163m), Machhapuchhre (6997m), Gangapurna (7455m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna south (7219m) and Annapurna III (7555m). The trek passes through the rough and off beaten terrain. The trek crosses the Larya La Pass (5153m). The trek passes through the unspoilt trail through the ancient monasteries so that you will also get to explore the culture of Tibetan ethnic groups and their unique lifestyle.
